Service Policy, Terms & Conditions:

Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before you use the Gogroomit App, as these Terms and Conditions will apply to your Gogroomit Services’ Booking and Purchase of Products. We recommend that you print a copy of these Booking Terms and Conditions for future reference. If you do not agree with these Booking Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Gogroomit App Services to make a booking, otherwise by using our application, you agree to our policy, terms and conditions, please note that this is a legally binding contract between Gogroomit and the Client.

Definitions

Capitalized terms used in this document have the meanings assigned to them, and each of the following terms has the meaning assigned to it.

Booking Confirmation: means a written confirmation that we provide to you regarding an appointment booking, either in email or through the Gogroomit App website.

Cancellation Policy: means a policy that is included in the Terms of Services and Sale of Products of a Gogroomit App Whereby Gogroomit App may charge you (through the Gogroomit App Payment Services) a certain fee for a cancelled Gogroomit App Booking or Transaction, which may be up to 100% of the value of the Gogroomit App Booking or Transaction.

Gogroomit App, we or us: means Gogroomit App license or any of their subsidiaries or branches.

Gogroomit App Booking Services: means all appointment booking services, including creating appointments, adjustment, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments, provided through the Gogroomit App.

Gogroomit App Customer Account: means an account created on the Go Groom It App website belonging to you, containing information such as your name, booking history, and contact information.

Gogroomit App Payment Services: means the online and in-app payment facility is available on the Gogroomit App.

No Show Policy: means a policy that is included in the Terms of Sale of a Gogroomit App booking whereby we may charge you (through the Gogroomit App Payment Services) a certain fee for a failing to show up to the place of business at the time indicated on the Gogroomit App Booking, which may be up to 100% of the value of the Go Groom It App Booking.

Payment Processor: means third-party payment processors supporting Gogroomit App with the provision of the Gogroomit App Payment Services.

The Client, the Customer, End User and You: means the user of the Gogroomit App Services or the purchaser of any Gogroomit App Services or pout and mean the person or the legal entity whose Emirates ID or trade license copy is provided upon registration or booking for the first time and is the only one to be communicated with regarding to any matter including legal actions.

The authorized person: means the authorized person by the owner who can check-in/out the pet(s), visit the pet(s) and decide on the owner’s behalf if we couldn’t reach the owner while the pet(s) are in Gogroomit’s care.

Service(s) & Product(s): means any service or product offered by Gogroomit App, as amended from time to time.

UAE means United Arab Emirates.

AED means the lawful currency of the United Arab Emirates.

Application:  means Gogroomit’ official application providing access to information and online booking for services. It means the application owned established and maintained by Gogroomit.

Description of the Gogroomit App Services: Gogroomit App (“we”, “us”, or “our” for short) provides the Go Groom It App to make it easy for you to book appointments online.

Terms of Sale: mean the date, time, price, discount, location, cancellation policy, and any other details and conditions shown on the Gogroomit at the time that a Gogroomit App booking is made.

3. How Contracts are Formed Between You and Us

When you make a Gogroomit App Booking, you will be able to select which services you would like to receive. The Gogroomit App Booking Services provide you with an opportunity to check and amend any errors before confirming your Gogroomit App Booking, and will disclose any other relevant terms (e.g. cancellation policy) to you prior to your confirmation. Please take the time to read and check all details of your appointment and applicable terms of sale before confirming your Gogroomit App Booking.

Your Booking Confirmation is your receipt from Gogroomit App, and will be sent to the email that you supply on your Gogroomit App customer account upon confirming a Gogroomit App Booking. If you require a tax receipt, you need to contact Gogroomit App directly.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment details (time/date) in whole or in part after you have received a Booking Confirmation, you may do so through either the Gogroomit App. However, you may only reschedule your appointment provided that your appointment is not due to take place within a time frame of 24 hours. The interval between when you may reschedule your appointment and your scheduled appointment start time will be determined and disclosed to you at the time of making your Gogroomit App Booking. You should review and understand the cancellation policy before confirming your appointment on the Gogroomit App. Please note that your ability to reschedule your appointment will be subject to Gogroomit App’s availability during the time you wish to reschedule.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policies

If you wish to cancel your Gogroomit App Booking, you may do so through either the Gogroomit App or by sending us email. You may only cancel a Gogroomit App Booking through the Gogroomit App provided that your appointment is not due to take place within a time frame of 24 hours. The interval between when you may cancel your appointment and your scheduled appointment start time will be determined and disclosed to you at the time of making your Gogroomit App.

Booking as part of the Terms of Sale.

Gogroomit App may automatically charge your card an amount, which may be up to the full amount (100%) of the value of the Gogroomit App Booking if you cancel an appointment beyond the time indicated in the Cancellation Policy, you will not be entitled to any refund unless mutually agreed between you and the Go Groom It App directly.

Gogroomit App may also implement a No-Show Policy. If you fail to turn up the place of business at the time indicated on your Gogroomit App Booking, may choose to exercise their No-Show Policy, wherein Gogroomit App may automatically charge your card an amount of up to the full amount (100%) of the value of the Gogroomit App Booking.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN WHERE A CANCELLATION IS ATTEMPTED WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THE CANCELLATION POLICY.

5. Customer’s Representations and Warranties

By providing debit or credit card information through the Gogroomit App to use the Gogroomit App Payment Services, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are legally authorized to provide such information to us; you are legally authorized to perform payments from the debit or credit card account(s); and

• Such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to your use of such debit or credit card, or any other applicable law.

Additionally, when you authorize a payment using the Gogroomit App Payment Services, you further represent, warrant, and covenant that:

Breach of any of the representations, warranties, and covenants in this section are grounds for denial of the Gogroomit App Payment Services or any of the other Gogroomit App Services. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not exhaust the claims Gogroomit App may have for breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants described in this section.

6. Resolving Issues

We care about your experience and want to ensure we maintain the highest standards possible. If you have any feedback or would like to make a complaint about one of our services email us at  rima@gogroomit.com.

7. Restrictions on Access

Gogroomit App reserves the right to partially or fully restrict your access to the Gogroomit App Services where any of the following occur:

• You maintain a history of many cancelled appointments, no shows, refunds, chargebacks, or other transactions that are negative to the experience of Gogroomit;

• You fail any credit or fraud prevention check provided by the Gogroomit App Payment Services;

• We reasonably suspect fraud or money laundering by you or someone using your Gogroomit App Customer Account;

• We reasonably suspect the security of your Gogroomit App Customer Account has been compromised;

• You behave inappropriately, abusively, or offensively towards staff of Gogroomit App, whether on the phone, through email, through communications within the Gogroomit App, or in person at the place of business;

• You breach other terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions, including the Customer Representations and Warranties; or

• We believe, in our reasonable and sole discretion, that your actions are negatively affecting the quality of Gogroomit App Services.

Additionally, you understand that we maintain the right to impose additional restrictions on who may buy and book Gogroomit App Services. In particular, we may choose to restrict your access to our facilities; prevent you from making a Gogroomit App Booking, and otherwise restrict your ability to interact on the Gogroomit App website.

8. Price and Payment

Prices and any applicable delivery and/or processing charges will be as quoted on the Gogroomit App. The final price you pay connected with a Gogroomit App booking may be adjusted to reflect any additional goods or services you purchase from the partner at the time of receiving partner services, if that purchase is handled through the Gogroomit App Payment Services. Additionally, the Gogroomit App partner may, at their sole discretion, issue a discount that would be reflected on the final tax invoice.

Payment for all services must be made at the time of receiving treatment in the currency stated on the booking confirmation. You may pay for services you receive using the Gogroomit App Payment Services, or directly with the Gogroomit App with cash or credit card. If you do choose to pay using the Gogroomit App Payment Services, you may be subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and other terms of use of our Payment Processors.

Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred by you in making a payment will be borne by you in addition to the price due to us.

Payments made through the Gogroomit App Payment Services are processed by third party payment services providers (Payment Processors). Gogroomit App takes reasonable care to ensure that the Gogroomit App Payment Services are available and functioning at all times, but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Gogroomit App Payment Services, nor can we guarantee that the facility is virus or error free. Because the Gogroomit App Payment Services rely on third parties, there are many factors beyond our control (such as delays in the banking system or in card networks), we cannot predict or guarantee the amount of time needed to complete the processing of your payment. Additionally, access to the Gogroomit App Payment Services may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of any scheduled interruptions to the Gogroomit App Payment Services and will do what we can to restore the facility as soon as reasonably possible.

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”

9. Liability

Where we have been negligent and/or breached a contractual obligation to you, we will be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result, provided that loss and/or damage is foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our negligence or breach of contract, or would have been considered by you and us to be a likely consequence of it at the time we entered into the Gogroomit App Contract.

We do not accept any liability for the following types of loss, whether caused by breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if the loss is foreseeable: loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; or waste of management or office time.

10.Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Gogroomit App and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their staff members, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of and access to the Gogroomit App Services, including any data or content transmitted or received by you;

• Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation your breach of any of the representations and warranties above, or other representation or warranty;

• Your violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation;

• Personal information or any other information or content that is submitted via your Gogroomit App Customer Account, including without limitation misleading, false or inaccurate information; negligent or willful misconduct; or 

• Any other party’s access and use of the Gogroomit App Services with your unique username, password or other appropriate security code.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions                                                                      

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time in the following circumstances:

Every time you use the Gogroomit App, the Terms and Conditions in force at that time (and available for view on Gogroomit App and accepted by you at the point of appointment confirmation) will apply to the Gogroomit App Contract between you. You can find the date on which these Terms and Conditions were last updated at the top of this page.

Interpretation.

Where applicable, words in these Terms and Conditions that are defined in the singular shall retain the same definition in the plural, and vice versa. Words in the masculine include the feminine, and vice versa. No regard for gender is intended by the language in these Terms and Conditions.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this App shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE and Dubai Courts.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Gogroomit policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his

• if we change the process for accepting payment from you;

• if there are changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and/or

• if there are any other changes to our business that reasonably mean we need to amend these Terms and Conditions.

Service Requirements:

1.       Microchip number.

2.       Vaccination records:

Pets should have up to date vaccines of:

Dogs: Rabies, DHPPI (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfuenza, Leptospirosis) and KC (Kennel Cough)

Cats: Rabies and PCH (Tricat)

All vaccines should be given at least 5 days before check-in. If not, we can accept the pet and the client will be completely responsible for any health issue the pet might have. 

Parasites prevention:

All pets should have up-to-date records of deworming, ticks and fleas’ prevention. If the customer provides a product that doesn’t prevent one of the parasites mentioned above on the check-in. Gogroomit will apply a product that does and the customer will be charged for it otherwise Gogroomit reserves the right not to check the pet in without any refund.

Documents:

Official full patient history from the vet under the clinic letterhead. If no full patient history was provided, Gogroomit can still accept the pets but will not be responsible for any health issue the pet might have. Full payment is required for any service in advance or upon check-in.

Our Application:

These Terms and Conditions constitute your agreements with Gogroomit. By accessing and using our application, you, the client, represent that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into the agreement and to abide by the terms of service set forth. You must be 18 years or older to access or use this site and accept this agreement. The company reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions as necessary and recommends you review these terms carefully and periodically.

By clicking “sign in”, “create account” or “confirm appointment” and entering or otherwise using our website, you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Accounts

In order to use certain features of the Application, you must register for an account with Gogroomit (“Gogroomit Account”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Application registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of the Application does not violate any applicable law or regulation or the terms of this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gogroomit Account login information. You are fully responsible for all activities that are associated with your Gogroomit Account (including but not limited to any purchases, use of the Application, or correspondence from your account to Gogroomit). You agree to immediately notify Gogroomit of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your Gogroomit Account or any other breach of security. When you provide Gogroomit with such notice, Gogroomit will suspend or otherwise secure your Account to prevent future unauthorized activity.

Gogroomit retains the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation under this Agreement) to review any User Content, investigate, and/or take appropriate action against you, at our sole discretion, if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or any other provision of this Agreement, including removing or modifying your User Content, terminating your Gogroomit Account, and/or reporting you to law enforcement authorities. We may also remove or modify your User Content if it, in our sole judgment, violates the rights of, harms, or threatens the safety of any other person, or creates liability for us or any other person.

The rights granted to you in this Agreement are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you shall not use the Site to place an order on behalf of yourself or a third party for resale to that third party; (b) you shall not license, sublicense, reproduce, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site, its products or its content without the express written consent of Gogroomit; (c) you shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site; (d) you shall not access the Site in order to build a similar or competitive service, or to download, copy or collect content or account information for the benefit of another merchant; (e) except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without Gogroomit’s express written consent; and (f) you shall not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information or content (including images and text descriptions) of the Site without Gogroomit’s express written consent.

Gogroomit reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that Gogroomit will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or any part thereof.

Electronic Communications

Our official communication channels with our clients are e-mail correspondences to their registered e-mail addresses and through our application only. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you consent to electronic communications with Gogroomit. You specifically consent to receive electronic mail (email) and automated text messages from our third-party provider. Your consent applies to all information we send to you or communicate to you relating to your account or services.

Privacy Policy

Gogroomit respects your privacy and understands the importance of protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy was created to inform you of how we will use your personal information and how you can communicate with us about your preferences.

All our stylists are employees of our company with Non-Disclosure Agreements on file. Our company will retain only the necessary information to complete a grooming appointment. Your information will not be shared, sold or used for advertisements under any circumstances.

 

Information Collection

Gogroomit collects certain personal information when you communicate with us, complete any of our online forms (such as when you request information from us, donate, subscribe to our magazine or e-newsletter, register to become a handler, sign up for mobile texts), or forward a web page or electronic newsletter. The information we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and organization name. It may also include a mobile phone number, the email addresses of those to whom you forward Gogroomit’ electronic content, and any other information collected in the forms. We also collect credit card and/or banking and billing information if you choose to contribute or purchase a product or service.

Gogroomit’ application also collects certain additional information, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using (e.g., Windows 7 or 10), information about your geographic location, and the domain name of your Internet service provided. This information does not identify you personally when you visit our application.

 

Use of Personal Information

Gogroomit respects your privacy and has developed policies intended to ensure that your personal information is handled in a responsible manner.

Gogroomit may use your information to complete your donations, contact you about our on-going work, discuss employment opportunities and ways that you can help support our mission. We may use your information to fulfill your requests for information, products, or services, and to respond to your inquiries. We may use your information to conduct research about Gogroomit programs and services. Occasionally, Gogroomit may make your information, excluding credit card information, available to sponsors or licensees that provide special programs or services we think you might find interesting or beneficial. Although we make inquiries to determine that these select organizations maintain privacy policies similar to Gogroomit, we are not responsible for the enforcement of such policies. If you wish to update or remove your information, or if you do not wish your information to be shared with these third parties, you can opt out at any time by contacting us at rima@gogroomit.com and providing your complete name and address.

Gogroomit may share, rent, or exchange donor names and postal addresses with third parties, including other reputable nonprofit organizations. This helps us keep our costs for mailings down. In such cases, the other organization is only permitted to use the information for a one-time mailing. You may opt out of this exchange at any time by contacting us at rima@gogroomit.com and providing your complete name and address. Except in the limited circumstances outlined below, Gogroomit will not intentionally share your e-mail address, phone number or financial information.

Gogroomit may disclose your personal information in certain situations:

1) You give us information to do so.

2) Transactions. Sharing the information with a third party is necessary to complete a transaction (e.g., to process credit card information).

3) Necessity. We will disclose personal information if compelled by a legal or regulatory authority of if we have reason to believe that there has been some inappropriate interference with or use of our App.

 

Security

We take every precaution to protect your personal information. It is kept confidential and stored in a secure environment. Access to your information is restricted only to authorized staff with a legitimate and specific business purpose, such as to process an online donation. Whenever you visit or log into petpartners.org, you are connected to our website via a secure and encrypted connection. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is also encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar, and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page of any page or form on our website.

Photos:

We run photography sessions at our facility from time to time for marketing and advertisement purpose, you and your pet(s) might appear in these photos if taken while you are at our facilities. We reserve the right to take and use pictures of your pet for social media, advertising and education.

Further, photos of your pet taken during the grooming appointment are stored in our database. These photos are to show current condition, health concerns or a haircut you prefer, and will be stored on your file. Should an injury occur, these pictures help us understand the beginning condition of the coat, the nails, or any health ailments with the pet to determine why this injury happened. In the case of an injury, the company reserves the right to share these photos with the appropriate parties, including but not limited to, the overseeing veterinarian’s office.

We may also choose to use photos of your pet on our App or social media sites, as also defined in our privacy policy. If you do not wish pictures of your pet to be used for these purposes, you must notify us at the time of your appointment.

Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to provide us with their personal information. If you are under the age of 13, do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event we learn that we collected such information from anyone under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13, please contact us at rima@gogroomit.com.

 

Use of Cookies and Pixels

A “cookie” is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from Gogroomit’s web server and is stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are used to collect non-identifying information about the user’s activity on the website and deliver content that is specific to your interests. They help us improve our application by tracking and targeting the interests of our users as they visit different sections of our site. Cookies do not contain any personal information.

Gogroomit uses pixels, or transparent GIF files, to help manage online advertising.

 

Changes to Privacy Practices

From time to time, Gogroomit may revise its privacy practices to address changing technology, security measures and website functionality. We strive to provide you with timely notice of these changes by posting them on our application. Please contact us if you have any questions about changes to our practices.

 BOOKING:

Booking is on-line and/or through our App, the client shall receive confirmation e-mail, booking ID might be requested upon admission.

Check-in/out Policy:

Check-in/out on is subject to availability. Electronically signed check-in/out forms are required. Cats in carriers, dogs on leash all the time at our reception area.

Boarding charges apply in case of no show up by check-out time. Extra charges apply in case of late check-out.

Pet(s) will be rehomed in case the owner or authorized person do not show up for 5 days after the check-out date. The client hereby waives any right or claim of the pet itself or any compensation or damages against such rehoming of the pets, in such case Gogroomit and the party how received the pet has absolute power to return and refuse the client’s request, and in both cases the client has no right to submit any claim against Gogroomit.

Booking cancellation and refund

Timeliness:

We strive to be on time and appreciate your assistance keeping us on time as well. As we are mobile and working with live animals, weather and traffic, all appointment times are an estimate and include a plus or minus 45-minute window. We cannot guarantee appointment times under any circumstances. This travel window is to allow our stylists an extra few minutes finishing an elderly pet, a nervous pet, accommodating traffic incidents, weather patterns, etc. We request the client be available for this window and are always willing to provide a call or text on the way to give you an estimated arrival time.

We request clients be home and prepared to collect the pet for grooming to minimize delays. If we cannot contact you when we arrive on site, we can only wait 15 minutes before moving to our next appointment, to maintain a timely schedule. If we are running beyond our window we will do our best to keep you informed and offer other solutions to meet your timing needs.

Please allow anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours to groom each of your pets depending on size and coat thickness. We request you are available to collect the pet after our visit or have provided necessary instructions for the collection of the pet to avoid delays to our next appointment. If we cannot make immediate contact with you at the conclusion of an appointment, we will charge AED 10/minute for babysitting fees (after a ten-minute window) to maintain as timely a schedule as possible.
Your pet should be well hydrated and have had an opportunity to relive itself before being asked to stand for grooming.

Prices:

Gogroomit reserves the right to change their prices without any prior notice. New prices apply to any booking that is not secured with full payment. Prices advertised on this application don’t include VAT. VAT fees will be collected on all our services and products starting from January 2018.

Pricing for new customers or new pets is always an estimate. We do our best to give a good estimate based off of the information received in our first email or phone call. When our stylist sees the pets on site for the first time, the estimate can change and will be brought to the customer’s attention. Sometimes customers are unaware of the correct breed of their pet, which can result in a price change, sometimes drastically. Matting, special handling fees, additional services or weight can also affect the price of a pet. These factors may not be addressed until the stylist is on site and working with the pet. Our standard breed prices are based on the time taken to groom a well-behaved pet with a coat that is in good condition.

Payment Policy:

Payment in advance or upon check-in is required for all services.

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, PayTabs and bank transfer.

All discounted rates should be paid in advance.

Payment is due when services are rendered. A valid credit card is required to be on file for all customers. Gratuity is not included and never required but always appreciated by your stylists. You may ask to have a recurring gratuity stored on your file.

Cancellation:

A cancellation of any appointment can be requested by the application, a minimum of 24 working hours’ notice prior to the admission is required for any booking cancellation for any service, in case of less than 24 working hours’ cancellation notice, we do not accept any of the requests of:

Refund.

Reschedule.

Money transfer to another existing or new customer account

Crediting the paid amount to be used for another boarding booking, other services or product purchase

Refund:

An administration fee of 10% of the total amount of the bill with a minimum of AED100 for each pet booked will be deducted from any returned deposit/payment.

Refunded amounts will be paid by the same initial payment method. In case of paying by cards, bank collection fees will be deducted in addition to the administration fees. Refund process takes 14-30 days from approving refund requests.

No refund is available for any service at any time with any notice period if the customer has paid discounted rates, redeemed a voucher or any other offer such as packages.

Veterinary Service:

In case your pet shows any sickness symptoms while in Gogroomit care the customer or the authorized person will be informed and the pet will be sent to the veterinary clinic.

If the customer or the authorized person can’t be reached, your pet will be sent the registered veterinary clinic on the booking form.

In case of providing incomplete info of the veterinary clinic (such as wrong clinic name or contact details) or providing no info or booking form at all, Gogroomit reserves the right to decide to which vet clinic your pet(s) will be sent to.

If the registered vet clinic is not based in Dubai, requires a deposit upon check-in or closed at the time of the emergency, Gogroomit reserves the right to choose another veterinary clinic to send your pet to and the vet charges should be settled by the client.

Gogroomit will not be signing any admission forms or deciding anything on the customer’s behalf when dropping the pet off to the vet. The emergency contact details of the customer and/or the authorized person, if any, will be sent to the clinic to discuss and handle the situation.

If the vet and/or the authorized person, if any, decides that the pet can go back to our facility, a dated stamped letter from the vet under the clinic letterhead should be provided stating that the pet has no infectious disease and no medicine need to be administrated.

Extra charges apply in case the customer request giving any supplement or medicine while the pet is in our care.

If the vet decides to keep the pet at the clinic, no refund or credit option is available for the remaining days of the booking.

In case of dealing with pet station veterinary clinic and pet station clinic can’t deal with the case, Gogroomit clinic has the right to transfer the pet to another clinic for more investigation (in case of owner is not available) under the cost of the owner and if the owner available then he/she has the right to take the pet to any clinic.

If the owner rejects the treatment advise at Gogroomit clinic or wants to take his/her pet to another clinic, then will be enough for us to write this in the discharge instructions and email it to the owner without blaming the clinic back about anything happening after discharging the pet from the clinic.

In case of death happening for any pet because of any disease or old ages at Gogroomit clinic, Gogroomit clinic has the right to dispose the body within 4 days if the customer didn’t take it.

Vet Bills

All vet bills should be covered by the pet owner by check-out.

Drop-off charges apply.

If vaccines, deworming and/or ticks and fleas medicines expire while the pets in our care (as per the health card of the pet), pet(s) will be sent to our vet clinic to receive the required medicine and vet bill will be charged upon check-out. No confirmation by the client is required

No offer can be combined with another offer whether this is mentioned on the offer or not.

Any voucher expires within 4 months from issuance date.

Pick-up & Drop-off

Pick-up and drop off prices on this website are within Dubai limits and might be subject to increase depending on the availability

The customer is requested to advise the way he/she prefers to keep the pet(s) in the car.

Car harness should be provided by the owner.

Crates will be provided by Gogroomit unless the customer prefers to provide.

Facility visits

Visits are welcome during working hours.

Visits to “Staff Only” areas is available by appointment for pet’s safety and hygienic reasons.

Facility visits without any online service booking/ pet registration are subject to availability.

Returns & Exchange Policy

 

ITEMS:

We will accept return/exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact, with any proof of purchase (e.g. receipt/invoice, email confirmation, etc.), within 5 days from the date of receipt of your item. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition, it was received.

 

We do not accept return/exchange for the following items:

  • Opened / Used Pet Treats & Pet Food Products
  • Opened / Used Pet Healthcare Products
  • Used / Damaged Pet Accessories
  • Items without original tags or damaged tags

Returns and exchanges must be sent to our address mentioned in the application within 30 days of purchase.

No refund/exchange will be made on items returned after 30 days of purchase/invoice date. Gogroomit will not be held responsible for returning items to purchaser when goods are received after the 30 days refund/exchange policy.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive a notification with date/time that we can arrange the pick-up.

 

Gogroomit does not offer veterinary services and any advice given by company representatives should be verified with a licensed veterinarian.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return is approved.

 

Membership:

Our membership is valid for 1 year only starting from the purchase day.

No reminder will be sent before the expiry of the membership date.

The purchased membership might not be available for renewal.

Vouchers can be used before the expiry date only and within a maximum of 4 months from receiving them.

Safety Conditions:

For the safety of the staff and your pet Absolutely Animals requires that you disclose when booking if your dog or cat exhibits any difficult or aggressive behavior. We must ensure staff and pets are protected against injury.

No liability will be accepted by Absolutely Animals in injury caused by difficult or aggressive behavior of your pet.

No liability will be accepted by Absolutely Animals when any health problem is uncovered or aggravated by any part of the grooming process. We will endeavor to notify you of anything we uncover during the grooming.

No liability will be accepted if animal escape the custody of the company for any reason, Gogroomit will not be held responsible for any escaping of animals during the grooming process.

An additional cost will be incurred for any pet that require knot or matted coat removal.  This incurs additional costs because it is a time-consuming process requiring expertise so as not to injure the animal, it also dulls equipment. Any additional products used in knot removal will be charged for.

Flea baths incur an additional cost as not only do the pets have to sit in the flea shampoo for 10-15 minutes to kill fleas but we also have to fumigate the whole salon to prevent fleas from settling or spreading.

We no longer pluck ears for pets and clip the hairs shorter instead.

We do not express anal glands

All clients must use the portal or fill out, sign and date a record card and agree to the disclaimer.

Please make sure all pets are well walked and given ample opportunity to toilet before coming to their pet grooming appointment. Additional fees will be incurred for defecating and urinating where this has obviously not happened.

Top ups for Teeth Cleaning, 15 minutes for the whole mouth, must be carried out within 12 weeks of the previous appointment. Top ups are only applicable when the whole mouth is deemed as fully clean by our professional team.

We retain the right to refuse to groom any pet that we feel is a health risk or are in a substandard condition, for both the pet and stylists’ safety.

Terms and conditions for cleaning dogs’ teeth

I understand staff will be using the Clean Teeth ultrasound toothbrush on my dog which has no vibration, no movement and no noise. I understand staff will take before and after pictures to show me.

I understand that tartar, plaque or stains will be removed from the teeth during brushing and that a non-sharp plastic tool may be used to aid this process.

I understand that the staff will stop the teeth cleaning session and I may need to seek veterinary assistance if:

Any loose teeth are suspected

If my dog objects and becomes stressed or aggressive.

Any obvious abnormalities are visible or suspected in the mouth such as: A foreign body embedded in the mouth, Oral warts, Oral Injuries or Tumors

 

I understand that:

There may be some minor signs of blood on the gum line during and after teeth cleaning as the tartar and the plaque is removed.

If the session has to stop for any health or behavior reasons, I will still happily pay for the full session taking place.

I declare that:

I do not know of any medical reason why teeth cleaning cannot be carried out on my pet and I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform staff in the future should this be the case.

I am aware that the teeth cleaning service is not a substitute for a veterinary inspection and staff are not qualified to diagnose abnormalities or disease.

I consent to all the above and confirm that I am the legal owner/guardian of this dog.

 

Cat Grooming Terms and conditions

Cats must arrive in a suitable and secure container.

For the safety of the staff and your Pet, Absolutely Animals requires that you disclose when booking if your cat exhibits or is prone to any difficult or aggressive behavior.

For health and safety – All cats will have nails cut prior to grooming

All prices mentioned in our application are an estimate and can be subject to change dependent on the circumstances.

Cats showing signs of aggression will not be bathed and will be muzzled

No liability will be accepted by Absolutely Animals in injury caused by difficult or aggressive behavior of your pet.

Disclosure of information by customer:

Grooming can be stressful for a pet and infrequent grooming can be very traumatic for your pet. It is imperative that you share any known health issues, recent vet visits or history of groom issues so your stylist can watch for warning signs of trouble.

If you fail to disclose information about any allergies and/or skin conditions, Gogroomit will not be held responsible for any irritation, patchiness, abrasions or hair loss that may arise due to the grooming process.

If you fail to disclose information regarding any physical and/or medical conditions (such as elbow or hip dysplasia, epilepsy, etc.), Gogroomit will not be held responsible for any injury incurred during the grooming process.

We will not sedate pets and must be informed if you have given your pet any medication before our visit. This is absolutely necessary for the pet and stylist’s safety.
It is the customers responsibility to notify Gogroomit of any new medical information

Your stylist may uncover evidence of a health issue while grooming your pet and will always advise you of any further recommended actions, i.e. visit to the vet, dietary requirements, etc. The client agrees that Gogroomit, its owners and operators are not liable for any pre-existing conditions and problems found during grooming, and the pet owner agrees to pay for all medical treatment incurred due to such.

Customer interaction

For safety reasons, customers are not allowed inside of the mobile salon. As the mobile salon is intended for one human and one pet, it is relatively small to have additional people in. Stylists tools are very expensive and sharp objects (shears, clippers, etc.) and wet surfaces from the bathtub, can make it dangerous to have customers who are not trained stylists inside of the mobile salon. Also, pets tend to be better behaved when their human parents are not within eye or ear shot.

Our stylists and team members work extremely hard, and care for each pet as if they were their own. Any abusive language or behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated.

Frequency

Pet’s lifestyles, breeds and health history will determine how often they need to be groomed. We recommend pets be groomed every 4-6 weeks. Certain elements of the grooming process such as nail trimming, ear cleaning and anal gland expression are going to vary by each individual pet.
For example, some pets need their ears cleaned every few weeks. Other pets can have their ears cleaned at grooming and be dirty again the next day. This could be due to wax production, or something preexisting like an ear infection. Gogroomit cannot take responsibility for bodily functions that vary drastically between each pet. We can only complete the standard procedures in a grooming appointment.

Health or Medical Problems & Senior Dogs: 

Grooming procedures can sometimes be stressful, especially for a senior dog or dog with health problems, and can expose hidden medical problems or aggravate a current one during or after the groom. In the best interest of your pet this contract/agreement will give Gogroomit permission to obtain immediate Veterinary treatment for your pet should it be deemed necessary by us.  We will do our best to contact you first, then take your pet to our authorized Veterinarian, or to the nearest Veterinarian that is available. It is agreed that all expenses for Veterinary care will be covered by the pet’s owner.

Vaccinations/Veterinarian Information: 

By using our services, owners verify their pets are up to date with vaccinations for canine parvovirus, canine distemper virus, Leptospirosis and Infectious canine hepatitis. Proof of Vaccination shall be provided to Gogroomit on request as well as current Veterinarian information.

Your pet will not be exposed to any other animals (other than those from your residence) in our care. This limits the risk of contact illnesses. Air borne illnesses may still be present so we encourage proper vaccination whenever possible.

Should your pet bite a stylist and they require medical attention, you will be asked for a current rabies certificate on the pet. The client understands that they will be held liable for all bites/injuries caused by their pet.

Matted pets:

We understand pets can become matted and may require a complete shave to resume a normal grooming schedule. This should always be a last resort. Severe matting generally causes skin issues and sores that will be exposed when the coat is removed. Gogroomit does not assume any liability for issues resulting from having to shave a pet down that is considered matted. Further, we reserve the right to determine when a matted coat may be de-matted. Brushing through matted hair can be very painful to your pet, as well as time consuming resulting in additional fees.  It is the owner’s duty to maintain their pet’s coat between professional grooms and we are always more than happy to show you how to look after your pet’s coat. As the pet’s owner you agree that Gogroomit shall not be held liable for any cuts/nicks/grazes or any post groom effects caused whilst removing a matted/neglected coat. These effects may include, but are not limited to the following; itchiness, skin redness, or self-inflicted irritations/abrasions from excessive rubbing, licking or scratching.

Shaving pets:

We understand that each owner has a unique lifestyle and may choose to keep their pet’s coat at a length that is best for their home. We can shave a pet down, if requested, which may drastically change your pet’s appearance, as their hair will be short and close to the skin. Some breeds will change color when the topcoat is removed. Some pets coat may not grow back the same color, texture or fullness after being shaved short.

Elderly pets:

Pets that have not been groomed until the later years of their lives are at even higher risk for injury during the grooming process due to their unfamiliarity and stress levels for new environments. You should not expect a “show level” groom on an elderly pet but rather what we call a “comfort groom” (i.e. shaving instead of de-matting, or short one length all over so grooming can be less frequent). While we will make every effort to keep every pet comfortable, elderly pet will be allowed to sit and lay down which will make the groom process more difficult and can cause uneven hair lengths. When elderly pets become stressed or uncomfortable we will return them to the pet owner in an attempt to reasonably avoid injuries.

Puppies and Kittens:

The younger you can start regular grooming, the more confident your pet will be in the process. However, less than 6 weeks is considered too young to be professionally bathed and less than 12 weeks is considered too young to cut the pets hair for the first time. Cutting the hair too young can result in permanent color and/or texture change of the pet’s coat.

Pregnant Pets:

Pregnant pets can be groomed with permission from the client however, the company recommends only grooming in the early stages of pregnancy, unless the pet is extremely accustomed to the process. Pets that recently delivered should wait one full week before grooming.

Preexisting injuries

Pets with stitches will not be accepted, as stitches and sutures should not get wet.
Pets with preexisting injuries will have to be reviewed with the stylist before we can accept them into a grooming appointment. If the injury could worsen during the grooming, we will not accept the pet into grooming. The company might ask the customer to seek permission from a licensed veterinarian before accepting the pet for grooming. This is for the pet’s own safety.

Suspected Injury:

Working with live pets and sharp instruments occasionally leads to an unexpected injury. Getting a pet proper veterinary care, if needed, is our first concern. If you believe that a pet has been injured due to the grooming process you must seek veterinary advice and contact the company within 24 hours. We will require a full written veterinary report stating the cause of injury being specific to the grooming process for us to accept any liability or negligence.

The most common issue is too short of a nail trim, which is more probable for a pet whose nails are very long and not regularly maintained. We will take off as much nail as we can and want to avoid the quick (vein) inside the nail whenever possible. A “quicked” nail will bleed but can easily be remedied at home or by the stylist.

If an injury was unavoidable due to the pets matted coat, we expect the owner to take care of the additional costs as a risk of allowing the pet to become matted.

Sedation

Under no circumstances will Gogroomit sedate a pet, as we are not licensed veterinarians. If you have chosen to attempt to sedate your pet you must notify Gogroomit and your stylist before your pets grooming appointment begins. The company reserves the right to refuse service to a pet under sedation.

Products and Services:

Products:

All products used (including all shampoos, conditioners, colognes, etc.) are specifically formulated for pets and as such, Gogroomit cannot be held responsible should any adverse/allergic reactions occur to the pet. We carry MSDS sheets on board all of our mobile salons for all of the products we carry.

Completion of grooms:

Gogroomit will not subject any pet to unacceptable levels of stress. If during the grooming process your pet finds any part of the grooming process too stressful, that part will not be completed.

Pets that are elderly, aggressive or easily stressed may not be safe to groom. If, at any time, our stylist feels they cannot safely complete the grooming process they will return them to your care. We will not put a pet in harm’s way to complete a groom. Full payment will be due for the portion of the groom that was completed (time involved) and a base charge such as a house call fee. Under no circumstances can we guarantee the completion of a groom. Each pet can react differently each time they are groomed. We groom each pet to the owner’s specifications, as far as the pet will tolerate and the coat condition and type allows. We will always place a pet ‘s welfare, safety and peace of mind above adherence to a particular style. In case of being unable for any reason to groom to the exact style wished by the owner, we will contact the owner and agree upon a suitable alternative style.

Flea and Tick treatment:

We can offer basic flea and tick treatments at your grooming appointment. Flea shampoo can be used to kill the fleas and ticks that are currently on the pet. Flea shampoo has absolutely no preventative power. If the customers yard, home, pet beds, collars, etc. are not treated, you will not see a reduction in fleas. All we can assist with are fleas that are currently on the pet. Preventatives need to be prescribed by your veterinarian.

Gogroomit strives to be a flea/tick-free salon. If your dog has a flea or tick infestation we will ask that you reschedule your grooming appointment once the flea or tick problem is under control. Dogs with a flea or tick infestation carry a risk of anemia, infections, tapeworms and other health problems. We recommend that you contact your veterinarian for advice on the best treatment for your situation. A topical monthly flea preventative may be the most effective choice. Treating all pets in the family, as well as treating your home will help in keeping fleas and ticks under control for the long term. If fleas are found on your dog we will bathe your dog in a flea shampoo and have to treat the salon, this will incur a £10 charge on your grooming bill.  If ticks are found an additional charge of £5 will be added for their removal.

Matted Coats: 

Dogs with severely matted coats need extra attention. Mats in a dog’s coat grow tight, and can strangle the dog’s skin, or eventually tear it open. Gogroomit will not cause serious or undue stress to your dog by de-matting for more than 15 minutes as specified by the Animal Welfare Act 2006. Mats can be very difficult to remove, and may require the pet to be shaved. When necessary, removing a heavily matted coat includes risks of nicks, cuts or abrasions due to warts, moles or skin folds trapped in the mats. Heavy matting can also trap moisture and urine near the dog’s skin allowing mould, fungus or bacteria to grow, causing skin irritations that existed prior to the grooming process. Torn skin from mats can even harbor maggots. After effects of mat removal procedures can include itchiness, skin redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions and failure of the hair to regrow. Shaved dogs are also prone to sunburn and should either have sunscreen applied daily or should be kept out of the sun until the hair grows sufficiently to protect the skin. In some cases, dogs may also exhibit brief behavioral changes. Prevention is the best defense against matting by scheduling regular grooming appointments. If your dog needs to be shaved to remove matting, by signed below you acknowledge that you agree to this procedure, and any risk and any additional charges that will be commensurate to the additional work required.

Aggressive or Dangerous Pets: 

While we have a great deal of experience and success in the grooming of difficult pets, we reserve the right to halt the grooming process should a pet become aggressive to the point of being a danger to the stylist or to his or herself. Full charge shall apply.

Owners MUST inform us if your pet attacks, bites, has attack, bitten or is aggressive to people, other pets or specific grooming procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or stop services of your pet at any time before or during the grooming process and/or charge an Aggressive pet Fee commensurate to the additional handling required to complete the groom in addition to the regular grooming charge. If your dog should bite the owner agrees to be responsible for any and all related medical bills, recovery costs, loss of income and equipment damage.

Accidents: 

There is always the possibility an accident could occur. Grooming equipment is sharp, even though we use extreme caution and care in all situations. Possible problems that could occur include cuts, nicks, scratches and quacking of the nails. In most cases this can happen when a dog is wiggling or moving around. We make every effort to ensure your dog is groomed as safely as possible, but if your pet does not accept the process it can be dangerous to continue the groom.

Animal abuse:

The company reserves the right to contact animal control or local authorities if we believe a customer’s pet is in a situation of animal cruelty or hoarding. Please see our privacy policy.

Alterations
If, after the groom is complete, there is anything about the groom that you would like altered, please advise your stylist before they leave site. We are never offended by timely requests to make minor changes, so please ask.

Within a 24-hour window from the completion of an appointment, if it has not met your satisfaction, please contact our office about scheduling a “re-groom” appointment. If we believe our stylist adequately followed the original instructions given, there may be additional fees for a “re-groom’” appointment.

After 24 hours of completion of an appointment, if you wish to have a stylist return to site, there will be additional fees.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Application to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content (a) that violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (b) that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, abusive, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, trade libelous, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive (e.g., material that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual) or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature or which is harmful to minors in any way; or (c) in violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any third party.

In addition, you agree not to commercially exploit the Application or use it to: (a) upload, transmit, or distribute any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data; (b) send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise; (c) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent; (d) interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to the Site or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other computer systems or networks connected to or used together with the Application, through password mining or other means; or (f) harass or interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

Limit of liability:

Once you sign off on a grooming appointment, it is complete. We cannot be responsible for what a pet might come in contact with after their grooming appointment. Many pets want to go roll in the yard, but that does not mean they were not clean at the completion of our appointment with them.
We need to be notified of any concerns within 24 hours. If you will personally not see your pet within 24 hours following the appointment, be sure the pet’s caregiver signing off on the appointment knows what to look for.

Hold Harmless Agreement: 

By using our services, you agree to hold Gogroomit it’s owners, employees and directors harmless from any damage, loss, or claim arising from any condition of the undersigned dog, either known or unknown to us. It is also further understood and agreed the terms of this agreement can change at any time, without notice, and will overwrite any and all prior signed contracts or releases. It is further understood this clause applies to any and all dogs groomed.

Notices

All communications and notices from you must be sent to Go Groom It App by email at mvc@vetdubai.com. Go Groom It App may communicate and give notice to you via SMS, email, WhatsApp or by posting notices on the Website.

Severability

If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 Very Important notes

Due to the following:

We only accept healthy and vaccinated pets.

Some Pets might be carriers of some diseases during incubation period without showing any symptoms on the pet(s) when they are checked-in and might show symptoms at any time after check-in especially if they are stressed due to being introduced to new environment. Some incidents are beyond human control such as sudden death or organs failures (such as but no limited to kidney failure).

Gaining and losing weight is very common especially if the pet is not used to stay in kennels, changing the food diet during boarding, different daily routine at the kennel that at home, different exercising time.

We have no financial or legal responsibility of any health issues of the pet(s) while in our care or after they are check-ed out. Our role is to inform the owner when any health issue happens such as the pet is not eating, vomiting… etc. and take the pet(s) to the veterinary clinic when needed or follow the owner (or the authorized person) instructions.

Gogroomit has the right to request your pet’s medical reports from your vet. 

If we were not informed in writing by the customer before proceeding with the booking, Gogroomit reserves the right not to check-in pet(s) that are

In case we were not informed, the owner will be responsible for any incident related to that and we have the right to check-out the pet any time without any refund.

These terms are updates regularly to comply with UAE laws and regulation. No notifications will be sent to the customer in case of service terms updates and/or changes, it’s the customer responsibility to read them before using any of our services.

Your Consent

The application contains valuable trademarks owned and used by Gogroomit. Any use of these trademarks without the prior written permission of Gogroomit is strictly prohibited. The arrangement and layout of the application are the sole and exclusive property of Gogroomit.

Gogroomit will treat any feedback, communications, or suggestions you provide to the company as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Thus, you agree that you will not submit any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.

Third Party Sites and Other Users

The Application may contain links to third party web sites or applications (collectively, Third Party Sites/Applications) (for example, social media sites such as Facebook, or Instagram). Such Third-Party Sites/Application are not under the control of Gogroomit and Gogroomit is not responsible for any Third-Party Sites/Applications. Gogroomit provides links to these Third-Party Sites/ Applications only as a convenience and does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to Third Party Sites/ Applications. You agree that you use all Third-Party Sites/ Applications at your own risk. When you link to a Third-Party Site/ Applications, the applicable service provider’s terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices govern. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction with any Third-Party Site/Application.

You hereby release us, our officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, joint ventures, successors and any other companies under common control with us from claims, demands any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind including personal injuries, death, and property damage, that are either directly or indirectly related to or arise out of any interactions with or conduct of other Site/Applications users or Third-Party Sites/ Applications.

Complaints will be considered only if they are put in writing to the e-mail address mentioned above within 1 day from the incident of an unpleasant experience by the registered owner of the pet only.

While we welcome any review on social media, please be informed that reviews on social media are not considered as official complaint and will be handled as per UAE law. Any complaints should be only from the registered owner in our system.
